Ordered the infamous soy sauce tonkotsu and finally understand what all the hype is about. It has an umami flavour that doesnt leave you feeling too heavy. For a more interesting tsukemen and if you are a bonito lover, you will love the pork and fish dipping sauce for the tsukemen they have here.
