Review Highlights
The restaurant is located on the first floor of a five-star hotel named Stamford Plaza. The view of the streets from the window on a rainy day was absolutely beautiful and serene.
Sukiyaki Japanese Hot Pot ($48): one-person hotpot, the main ingredient of the soup is soy sauce. It has lots of mushroom and a fair amount of beef.
Grilled seasonal market fish Saikyo Style (GF) ($34): I love the taro balls and the potato chips. Also, the fish is very juicy. However, its taste is dominated by the flavour of the rice puff.
Matcha tiramisu (vegetarian) ($15): omg, it’s so good i can feel that everything is melting in my mouth. The black sesame ice cream is also delicious. The taste is rich and a bit sweet.
Choya extra years (plum wine) ($12): The taste is pretty nice. if you want to make it less intense, it is recommended to add a few cubes of ice.
