I gatta say appetizers absolutely destroyed soba main. Octopus Kaarage was just amazing! So tender and juicy. Soba noodle was slightly too chewy – maybe undercooked? Tsuyu lacked flavour and tempora was cold and had no texture. Hopefully it’s better next time.
